Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By booking, you agree to comply with all terms below. Any violation may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM CST
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM CST
- Early check-ins, late check-outs, early parking, and luggage drop-offs are not available.
Shipping and Deliveries
- No mail or packages may be shipped to the property (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). The property does not have postal service; items will likely be returned by the carrier.
- Local deliveries (e.g., baby gear, beach gear, groceries, golf carts) are not permitted before check-in (4:00 PM CST) and local pick-ups are not permitted after check-out (10:00 AM CST).
Use of Property and Parties
- The home is for vacation rental only.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement
- You must be at least 25 years old to reserve the property during Spring Break. No exceptions.
Pets and ESAs
- No pets and no emotional support animals (ESAs). Many guests rely on a pet-free environment.
- Bringing a pet or ESA violates the booking agreement and will result in cancellation without refund.
Security Cameras
- The property has an exterior security camera aimed solely at the driveway and street entrance.
- The camera is stationary, records no audio, and cannot view the pool area, fenced areas, or any interior spaces.
Golf Carts
- For guest safety, golf carts are equipped with an Apple AirTag to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical issue. Apple iPhone users may receive occasional AirTag notifications while operating the carts.
Tampering with Safety Devices
- The property has exterior security camera(s) facing the driveway/entrance and smoke detectors throughout the home.
- Tampering with any exterior camera(s) or smoke detector(s) violates the booking agreement and will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
