Sunkissed

New listing! Welcome to Sunkissed!

Located less than a ½ block from the beach, Sunkissed offers super-close access to the Gulf...without the traffic noise.

Ready to hit the waves? Enjoy the short stroll to any of the six neighborhood beaches (that are far less crowded than our large public beaches). Or load up your cooler and beach toys in Sunkissed’s complementary 2021 six seater golf cart to visit any of the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities that are accessible from Sunkissed’s prime location along the Destin’s famous Scenic Gulf Drive.

Not a worn out rental. Sunkissed features granite counters, stainless appliances, designer furnishings and premium mattresses as well as 360 degree views from its third story widow’s watch.

Sunkissed offers a first floor king ensuite with private bath (ideal for mobility challenged Guests); a 2nd floor king master ensuite with private full bath, sitting area and balcony; a 2nd floor king ensuite with balcony; a 2nd floor bunk room that sleeps 6; and a separate pool house with two king suites. That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 16 not including sofas.

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Sunkissed includes 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 4 snorkel sets and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Sunkissed’s (seasonally heated) pool Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in Sunkissed’s outdoor dining and lounging area.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Sunkissed. Sunkissed’s quiet community beaches are only a 3 minute walk (even less by golf cart). Sunkissed is less than 3 minute golf cart ride to our public regional beach access points (yep, the huge white beaches that you see in brochures); less than a mile from Destin Commons (our premiere shopping, entertainment and dining complex); only minutes away from our area's best oceanfront dining, grocery stores and more.

This new-to-the-market property will certainly book soon! Don’t settle for a blah-blah-bland rental! Reserve your preferred dates for Sunkissed before it’s too late!
