Freestyle

Searching for the fun family home with crazy-easy beach access that includes a free golf cart, full-sized pool, paddleboards, kayaks, and a wacky attitude? Welcome to Freestyle! Ideally situated just two blocks down the sidewalk from the Emerald Coast’s sugar sand beaches, yet still central to all of Destin’s best shopping, entertainment and dining. Freestyle packs all of the fun while providing 4 king suites with private baths and 2 bunkrooms with adjoining baths for a massive 16 person sleeping capacity. This ain’t grandma’s hand-me-down furnishings! Freestyle’s funky decor is designed to make you smile at every turn. Featuring shiplap walls, fluorescent fishies, shabby-chic furnishings and hand-painted, artisan finishes, Freestyle has been curated to be your new “happy place”. Ready to hit the waves? Stroll down the sidewalk to the world-famous Emerald Coast, or load up your cooler and beach toys in Freestyle’s complementary 2021 six seater golf cart to visit any of the six neighborhood beaches that are within only a few blocks. No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Freestyle includes 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 4 snorkel sets and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to keep your family busy. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Freestyle’s full-sized pool (seasonally heated at no additional charge). Or, grill your fresh caught seafood in Freestyle’s poolside dining area. Featuring 2 first floor king suites with private baths and no steps to the ground floor, Freestyle is ideal for families who have members with mobility challenges...or for those who just value their privacy. And, Freestyle’s first floor living area and separate second floor living area gives everyone a little extra elbow room. (Two separate living areas is also great for multiple families or for giving the kiddos their own space.) Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Freestyle. Destin Commons, the area’s premiere shopping, entertainment and restaurant complex (complete with an Imax theater, a massive Bass Pro Shop, and plenty of fun and funky shops and restaurants) is right across the street from Freestyle’s neighborhood. This new-to-the-market property will certainly book soon! Don’t settle for a blah-blah-bland rental!
